Athese are as good as the rest of the HOD products. They are what they say they are. It seems like I can eat more baked goods than I can Gummies. The vitamins in the baked goods tend to be less intense but last longer than the gummies. I have an HOD product for everything. Motivation, calm, sleep, and just for the hell of it! The consistency of these products, allows you to do that. If you haven’t tried them, you should.
